This is the job.
- Implement new JIRA Projects;
- Application administration, maintenance, upgrades;
- Respond to and resolve user-submitted incident;
- Customization and testing (Workflows, Custom Fields, Dashboards, Reports);
- User accounts administration;
- Research, design, and implementation of new system features and/or plugins;
- Document system design, configuration, and user training guides;
- Application administrator will be responsible for providing Jira user and application support, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, providing improvement and impact mitigation suggestions.
You have:
- IT degree should be completed or in acquisition. Sufficient and relevant work experience can substitute this requirement;
- Good command of both spoken and written English language;
- Previous administration experience of the Atlassian Products (Confluence, JIRA, FishEye);
- Understanding of customer-oriented communication and having a positive attitude;
- Ability to balance several ongoing tasks and adjust the routine according to the changing environments and requirements.
Seen as advantage:
- IT Service Desk experience;
- Linux Administration experience;
- Jenkins, Docker, Subversion, GIT administration experience;
- Relational (pref. MSSQL, Oracle) database experience, writing queries.
