YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Education in Economics with a Marketing background, or comparable qualification, career changer;
2-3 years of professional experience in CRM business or Online Marketing;
Good Knowledge of CRM / Newsletter Tools with Omni-Channel functionalities (preferred Emarsys);
Excellent analytical skills paired with a hands-on attitude, experiences of using data mining scores would be a plus;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer base for our EU/UK B2C shops: analyze customer lifecycle, behavior and create CRM strategies to increase customer lifetime value;
Implement new campaigns for different target groups;
Analyze customer data to understand our customers better and building segments;
Build Omni-Channel campaigns and cross-link to different applications;
Work closely together with E-Mail Marketing Specialist;
Create and update documentation of results, workflows, and processes and present best practices.
