YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Education in Graphic Design or Marketing, or comparable qualification or career changer;
- Previous experience in Email marketing, Social media marketing, Online marketing or Customer Support;
- Good creative graphic skills paired with a hands-on and problem-solving attitude, copywriting experience is a plus;
- Positive and balanced personality;
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create email marketing campaigns: design newsletters and landing pages using existing templates and/or create new designs, write engaging marketing, proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling;
- Define test scenarios and identify improvements to make our newsletter more personal;
- Work closely together with CRM Manager for US/CA shops and place your ideas;
- Track, analyze and report campaign results, workflows, and processes and present best practices.
