• Be part of a Pan-Baltic team of Consumer finance professionals
• Develop and lead Consumer finance products (Small loan, Home small loan, Student loan) strategies implementation and support in Latvia
• Manage product portfolio and new sales profitability
• Ensure product compliance with local regulations
• Keep track on business environment and local market
• Initiate sales support activities, working closely with local counterparties to implement sales campaigns and special offers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one
• Demonstrated experience in banking industry
• Knowledge of private lending products or processes
• Experience and capability of managing projects
• Good cooperation skills with different counterparties
• Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong planning and prioritizing competencies
• Good command of spoken and written Latvian, English (Russian would be advantage)
