Join our team as a Process Lead!

We are looking for an experienced Compliance governance professional to drive the development of Luminor’s compliance framework documents, methodologies, tools and solutions. The person will contribute to Luminor’s compliance function’s maturity and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Compliance governance area on a pan-Baltic level
• Owning and developing Compliance governance framework
• Creating Compliance strategy
• Building and developing: Compliance universe
• Compliance function methodologies, tools and solutions
• Effective compliance reporting
• Compliance risk assessment and its framework
• Building Compliance work plan
• Arranging assurance activities in compliance governance area
• Owning Compliance training framework
• Ensuring high-quality deliveries and stakeholders’ management

Skills and experience:

• Solid background and experience in bank’s compliance or internal audit function with focus on methodologies and risk assessments
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and lead processes on pan-Baltic level, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way
• High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
• Full working proficiency of English (written and verbal)
