Job Description

• Ensure effective control of merchandising partners and timely solution of problems.
• Assess and provide feedback about the quality of services provided by distributor and merchandising company
• Give daily tasks to merchandising company representatives to have best-in-class in-store execution.
• Implement necessary in-store activities in close cooperation with Key Account Managers
• Monitor and ensure fulfilment of JDE Latvia agreements with regard to 2nd placements, planograms, assortment, POS materials and product on-shelf availability.
• Be a trusted advisor for store managers and ensure long term cooperation with retailer’s staff; agreements for assortment, product placement on shelf and on secondary displays, and for promotional activities
• Monitor if all the company’s products are displayed as per JDE guidelines, take corrective actions if needed
• Run negotiations with assigned local customers, ensure best agreements for promotional activities, discounts, etc.
• Monitor in-store activities of competition and transmit information to JDE
• Proactively pass observation results to JDE managers
• Provide other (ad-hoc) information as per JDE manager’s request

Qualifications

• FMCG experience is a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales/Merchandising Representative or another relevant sales experience
• Good English skills would be an advantage
• High level of accountability and entrepreneurship
• Team player - open minded with high interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• High engagement and motivation
