We are HIRING a Customer Satisfaction Specialist (ENGLISH + POLISH) to join our GROWING TEAM!!!
We are seeking to add a talented Customer Satisfaction Specialist to this team who will work in the morning or evening shift and provide support to English and Polish customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Processing post rental feedback, claims, and requests of customers from different sources.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of claims forms and reports.
• Investigating coverage questions and problems.
• Investigating the client’s bank disputes.
• Using empathy/positive language when answering a client's request.
• Contribute your ideas to improve our Customer care workflow and increase customer retention.
• Be a team player and help the rest of the customer care team in any way you can.
• Identifying and resolving customer requests in a timely fashion following established guidelines.

Requirements:

• Have a high level of POLISH language skills with excellent English skills.
• Have knowledge of customer care and understanding the needs of customers.
• Understand that the customer always comes first and to have a passion for assisting people.
• Have superb problem-solving skills and be able to be flexible to different customer profiles.
• Have good computer skills.
• Take ownership of your work and be able to multitask.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills continuously.
