• Manage, develop and empower a team of business and system analysts to support system migration processes;
• Take ownership of the team's performance. Be informed of current situation and dependencies. Take care about final results;
• Establish performance measurement indicators and proactively act on performance improvements. Report to the stakeholders on the performance;
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies on other teams/developments;
• Establish and support process documentation framework.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in system or business analysis;
• 2+ year of experience in managing position;
• Good understanding of software development cycle;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving environment;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Passion for innovation.
