Requirements for candidates

  • University degree (preferably in construction, engineering, economics)
  • Job experience in sales (B2B), preferably in the field of sanitary products, plumbing, heating, ventilation, construction, FMCG, or similar
  • Customer understanding and relationships
  • Responsible and result-driven self-starter
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English
  • Good computer skills – MS office
  • Active driver with the ability to travel

Job description

  • Develop/grow business within Latvia, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Make systematic showrooms and store visits to activate the company’s brands
  • Deliver product trainings to customers, specifiers, installers, architects, store staff etc.
  • Be responsible for successful development of Ideal Standard brand
  • Build strong, close, effective working relationships with key distribution partners
  • Regularly develop and manage market promotions and other initiatives 
  • Project business management and development
