What You Will Do:

• Maintain and monitor operational processes
• Develop productive and result oriented work environment for employees
• Report on operational risks to Direct Manager
• Provide training on operations related questions for employees in order to improve service quality
• Assist on management reports preparation
• Provide support to Direct Manager on IT matters related questions

What You Ideally Bring With You:

• University degree or last year student
• Good IT technical skills and experience working with Google, Microsoft products would be considered as advantage
• Highly developed analytical and strong critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and empathy
• Positive and energetic personality
• Advanced English
