Chief Product Owner (CPO) in Insurance area

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Deliver appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle;
• Develop, maintain, prioritize and follow up the value stream roadmap; run value stream forum, escalate unmitigated risks and backlog issues; ensure the efficient way of working within the value stream;
• Coordinate dependencies with other value streams;
• Ensure problem, incident and crisis management;
• Ensure the teams are running in the best possible manner.

What is needed in this role:

• To be a servant leader, who builds, coaches, grows his/her team;
• Good understanding of software development & maintenance;
• Great communication and management skills, responsibility;
• To be a committed team player with great collaboration skills;
• Good understanding of the business area and/or Swedbank processes and IT knowledge and skills would be considered as an advantage;
• Stakeholders’ management skills;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
