Avalanche Laboratory works as a service-providing company and currently we are gathering the team for one of our client's long-term project.
Our client and partner – a Canadian company that provides Digital Games for the iGaming Industry and has been listed 2021 TSX Venture 50 now are coming into Latvia. They are proud to call themselves ‘Mobile-first’ and they use Progressive Web App as well - The Future of Mobile Gaming.
We are their technological partner and we are looking for the first DevOps Engineer in Latvia to work with their international team in Latvia and Canada.
They have a team in Canada (consisting of Developers, DevOps, QAs, management) and a Developers' team in Latvia. Being the first on the DevOps team in Europe will allow you to know everything to the bone and put your stamp on the development processes as well.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
- Experience with:
- AWS
- Containers (k8s knowledge would be nice)
- Terraform
- CI/CD process setup/maintenance
- Queuing systems - preferably Jakarta Messaging implementations
- Clustered software solutions
- High availability solution deployments and operations
