We are growing and looking for candidates to join our TietoEVRY Cloud Platform Services business finance department.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the business and financial results of a particular business unit.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Support the business unit in various financial needs
- Analyze and monitor defined key performance indicators
- Compare budget vs actual costs, provide explanation on deviations or other business events impacting the results
- Prepare unit related monthly or ad-hoc reporting, as well as perform different type of analysis based on the unit’s needs
- Contribute to the optimization of business or internal processes, be ambassador for standard business solutions and common tools
- Support in leading the forecast and budget process, overall cost allocations and financial result
- Be able to translate financial matters effectively to non-financial counterparties.
Qualifications required from candidates:
- 3-5 year finance controlling or audit experience
- Fluent spoken & written English and Latvian
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong work ethic and results driven
- Detail oriented
- Experience with PowerBI will be considered as an advantage
In order to be able to challenge people in the business, strong communication and analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to translate figures to non-financial people. Experience in reporting/financial systems (such as SAP or Hyperion) are ideal but can also be learned on the job

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands. The salary is a part of the remuneration package that includes additional bonuses and opportunities (health insurance, additional holidays, professional development etc.)
