Accounting manager

- English and Russian -- Upper-intermediate (B2)+
- Excel -- Advanced
- 2-3 years of work experience as an accountant/financial analyst in medium and large companies
- Understanding of accounting and double-entry method
- Understanding of figures in a trial balance, account analysis, and balance sheet
- Understanding of calculation and accounting of payroll and payroll taxes

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of 1C
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Successful experience in data processing automation
- Knowledge of the Latvian tax law and the ability to apply it 

Due to the dynamic development, Social Discovery Ventures (SOL Business Services) is looking for an Accounting Manager who will join our finance team.

Responsibilities:
- Complete accounting and internal reporting for 2 companies (Latvia), communication with auditors and counterparties
- Accounting of payroll and payroll taxes on the holding companies (Latvia, Malta, Cyprus, UK: 50-60 employees)
- Accounting of settlements with suppliers: verification, collection, entering into ERP, reconciliation, archiving, transfer to the chief accountant/auditors of the primary documents -- monthly
- Participation in the preparation/optimization and submission of internal management reports -- monthly
- Preparation and submission of reports on debtors and creditors -- monthly
- Participation in preparation/optimization, automation of accounting, and tax accounting in ERP systems
- Communication with external audit companies from different countries
- Communication with external counterparties and internal customers (responsible persons of creditors/responsible for expenses)
- Communications with directors/responsible persons of companies from different countries
