We are currently looking for an HR Manager to lead our team to be the best it can be and at the same time promote and positively influence our company’s culture. You will take ownership of supporting us in all Human Resources matters, including recruitment, performance reviews, development, and helping to promote and maintain a culture that encourages the professional growth of our team, both individually and as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform well in this role, you should have experience as a Human Resources Manager, knowledge of relevant labor legislation, and the willingness to help guide our team to new heights.

• Recruiting and staffing;
• Compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees;
• Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
• Policy development and documentation;
• Employee performance measurement and implementing incentive systems;
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Organizing team-building and corporate events.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Planning, organizing and reporting on the above matters.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Proficiency in a variety of productivity tools (e.g.: Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, Asana)
• Fluency in English, Latvian and Russian languages
