Our client – the Beauty industry’s company – is looking for Customer Relationship Specialist in Riga.
This might be Your first serious work experience, where you will acquire #GreatCustomerService skills
In this role You will:
- Be the first point of contact to our clients and communicating with them by phone, email, Facebook messages
- Collaborate with other departments regarding customer issues
- Solve order-related queries
- Manage & updating internal databases
- Take part in various local and regional projects
About You:
- You are fluent in Latvian, have good English language skills, Russian would be considered as advantage;
- You are customer-oriented team player
- You can juggle several tasks at once
- Previous experience in customer related positions would be a plus
