We are opening a brand new vacancy of Director of insight and analytics. That is a Senior level role reporting into the Company CEO whose work will help to drive business decisions and will play a part in steering the future success of the business. The role will have responsibility for financial planning, analysis and reporting, understanding the risks and opportunities in the business and supporting/driving on longer term strategic growth initiatives and projects.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Becoming the central point for business KPI ownership – defining the metrics in collaboration with the CEO, COO and CPO, designing the data collection process and reports.
• Responsibility for financial planning and analysis:
- leading on the annual budget and regular reforecasting that is required during the year
- providing financial analysis and insight to challenge business decision making and trends and analysis of key business issues
- understanding the impact of local tax and regulatory changes and articulate the financial effect on short and long term objectives.
• Provide real insight as to why the business has performed in the way it has vs budget, forecast or last year and use that insight to improve performance.
• Reporting on KPIs, both financial and customer centric.
• Interpretation of data models for business use – customer lifetime value, customer bonus management, customer reactivation, product vertical cross-sell, player protection.
• Modelling new business opportunities, strategic initiatives and driving insight which will help steer the strategic direction.
• Being the key contact point from business side with central data science team and local database analysts.
• Ad hoc financial analysis to help operating/commercial colleagues make the right decisions for the business.
• Identify with the business its risks and opportunities and the financial impact of them.
• Development of management reporting to enhance insights and support ongoing decision making.


REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar / equivalent role within financial leadership team – at least 3 years.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Data analytics or similar field.
• Fluent in statistical concepts and models with experience in extracting relevant business information from large data sets.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Great relationship-building skills and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and superior analytical skills.
• Previous experience in iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
• Strong English language skills.
• Willingness and readiness to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
