Product Line Manager

• Work with local and cross Baltic projects and initiatives;
• Initiate product continuous improvements within a country and across Baltics and take a lead on implementing;
• Ensure front-line competence and a support on daily bases in case solving;
• Keep track on market situation, market demand and area related regulations;
• Manage business performance by monitoring and analysing the results;
• Make sure that processes are described, and documents are up to date.

What you need in this role:

• Experience in the area of project or process management or at least 3 years’ experience in customer servicing;
• Previous work experience in the banking field will be considered as an advantage;
• High self-leadership skills: take a responsibility on what and how you deliver;
• Structured way of working: You are good at time management, prioritization, planning, information structuring, etc.;
• Ability to operate with large scale and detailed, as well quite technical, information in structured manner;
• You are strong team player and willing to cooperate with different counterparties across organisation;
• Be able to communicate effortlessly in Latvian and English, both in writing and in speech;
• Becoming expert in cards matters – know how cards products functions, know country specifics both technical and legal;
• Constant urge in making things better.
