Join our team as a Tableau Product Owner
We are looking for open-minded Tableau Product Owner to join BI & Analytics Unit. You will drive enablement of Tableau self-service analytics capabilities in Luminor, via users education, community engagement, and organization-wide adoption.
Our team provides BI and Advanced Analytics services for all key business areas and functions of the Bank. We deliver broad range of data and visualization products, and advanced analytics and data science solutions to support operational, tactical and strategic initiatives in the Bank. In daily work, Tableau Product Owner with support of the dedicated agile team jointly works with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and business stakeholders to enable self-service analytics capabilities and to deliver visualization products and services.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Establish Tableau roll-out roadmap and associated tactical and operational plans, lead and coordinate execution
- Drive and coordinate Tableau community engagement and associated events
- Jointly with dedicated agile team build, maintain and enhance internal Tableau support resources and channels
- Drive promotion and use of Tableau training and support resources (both vendor and internal ones)
- Evangelize Tableau self-service analytics capabilities in Luminor’s Tableau community and across all organization
- Consolidate, develop and lead the delivery of visualization products and services; oversee end-to-end delivery starting from requirements to design, development, testing and deployment
- Oversee delivered visualization products life-cycle management
- Closely collaborate with Product Owners, delivery team and business stakeholders to identify the best data visualization and presentation solutions
- Collaborate with product owners, data engineers and data scientists to improve visualization products and analytics delivery process
- Keep up to date with advancements and developments in the area, and apply them in daily practices
Your Qualifications and Technical Skills
- BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline
- Experience in PO/PM role
- In-depth data visualization and reporting, extensive experience/knowledge of Tableau
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional project team
- Good understanding and preferable working experience with Agile and similar modern delivery methodologies
