Job description:
Sapiens is looking for an HR Business Partner who will join the HR team in Riga and will be a local focal point for all HR matters. We are looking for a well-organized HR who will serve as a lead / first point of contact for the local site and will become a part of a larger, regional and global HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading local scope of work for HR admin, on-offboarding, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and wellbeing;
• Provide high touch HR support to employees at all levels (approx. 150 FTE);
• Advise management around appropriate resolutions of employee-related issues;
• Provide support to the area of personal changes planning, budgeting & management;
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable employment laws;
• Responsibility for local process and compliance, work with HR system (SAP SuccessFactors);
• Provide support to recruitment and collaborating with regional Talent Acquisition team;
• Collaborate with Global HRBPs and Regional HR management and participate in local and global HR projects.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven HRBP or Senior Advisory / Generalist experience;
• Knowledge of labour law and of HR best practices (around training and development, assessments and planning, compensations and benefits policies etc.;
• Great communication skills;
• Orientation on goals;
• Dedication, persistence, and ability to work independently;
• Solid English skills.

Monthly gross salary range up to EUR 2500 gross depending on skills and experience.
