Job description
- Analyze documentation, create functional and technical specifications according to business requirements, spot opportunities for business improvements
- Organize cross-functional communication with colleagues about system and improvements
Support engineers and developers in resolving issues - Provide suggestions for strategic and functional improvements or/and changes
Make initial testing of developed functionality
Requirements
- Ability to explain complex business ideas in well written documentations for development teams
- Excellent analytical skills and informative, evidence-based approach
- Good SQL and Microsoft excel skills
- Experience in work with large amount of data
- Good communication and strong organizational skills
- Good level of English
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT and/or Finance area
- Previous experience in financial institution or in bank
