What will be your responsibilities?

● Conduct and supervise the whole application life-cycle, starting with receiving a CV until sending a job offer
● Conduct headhunting campaigns and fully cover all candidate communication
● Contribute and improve our recruitment processes and escalate any possible issues
● Assist candidates on questions regarding job possibilities

What is life like for a Junior Recruiter?

● From day one you will have a Senior Recruiter guiding you through all processes and giving tips on the best approaches
● In time, you will be able to independently handle all recruitment processes for all open positions
● You will be guided through all headhunting processes and afterward, will be able to individually handle it.
