Requirements:
- English, Russian — Upper-intermediate (B2)+
- Good communication skills
- Excel — experienced user
- 1+ year of work experience as an accountant in medium and large companies
- Understanding of accounting and double-entry method
- Understanding of payroll and payroll taxes accounting
- Knowledge of 1C (nice to have)
- Knowledge of the European tax law and the ability to apply it (nice to have)
Responsibilites:
- Сalculation of payroll and taxes for companies in various jurisdictions
- Preparation of payroll applications
- Control of tax payments
- Preparation of data for approving bonuses
- Review and control of HR/personnel documents
- Preparation and submission of documents to outsourcing and auditing companies
- Control of payroll reporting
- Entering of accounting transactions in ERP system
- Communication with employees on payroll matters
