Requirements for candidates
- English, Russian — Upper-intermediate (B2)+
- Excel — advanced
- 2-3 years of work experience as an accountant/analyst in medium and large companies
- Understanding of accounting and double-entry method
- Understanding of figures in a trial balance, account analysis, and balance sheet
- Knowledge of 1C (nice to have)
- Knowledge of the European tax law and the ability to apply it (nice to have)
Job description
- Calculation of taxes for all companies (sales tax) on a monthly basis
- Organization of registration in the tax offices of different countries, including the USA by states
- Preparation of tax calculations, also in the context of the areas of activity
- Submission of reports to different countries' tax authorities, payment and receipt control
- Control of revenues in accounting, reconciliation of tax and accounting reports
- Preparation of reports for the management, analytics of accrued taxes
- Assessment and development of measures to minimize tax risks
- Tax audit support, preparation of responses to the tax authorities upon request
- Participation in tax budgeting
- Communication with outsourcing companies and auditors on tax issues
