In connection with the staff expansion, our team needs: KYC/ Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Performing the initial company/website KYC сheck
• Understand client's needs, ensuring the correct products and services are delivered
• Requesting, collecting and analyzing KYC documents in line with applicable requirements
• Filing banking and PSP applications
• Assist and accompany client during all stages of the onboarding process
• Resolve compliance related queries
• Daily communication with corporate clients & partners
• Administration of ticketing system & cooperation with IT project managers
• Initiate and make proposals for possible improvements

Requirements:

• Higher/incomplete higher education;
• Experience in KYC;
• Preferably experience in banking or e-commerce structures;
• Knowledge of compliance, banking regulations is an advantage;
• Attentiveness, accuracy, analytical skills & stress resistance;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of English and Russian;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
