Job description:

• Creating your own talent acquisition system from scratch using your own experience and research of the best tools on the market 
• Driving the company’s growth by attracting skilled professionals best suited to take us to the next level
• Proactive search of new talent via social media, travelling to meet potential talent, traveling to conferences in the search for talent etc.
• Providing recruitment support, as well as project managing your own recruitment processes from start to finish
• Conducting recruitment for positions in all business areas e.g. Customer Support, IT, Finance, etc.
• Writing and publishing job ads, screening resumes and evaluating candidates, interviews, candidate experience, speaking to candidates to match them to the right roles
• Conducting candidate searches via internal databases, referrals, local job portals, and social media sites
• Meeting with relevant team leads to analyse and meet their needs and expectations for growing their teams
• Preparing job offers, negotiating and closing the deals
• Providing timely and quality input for reporting

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, from the job description to signed contract
• Experience working in an iGaming, technology, finance, fintech, entertainment, or marketing industry
• Good knowledge of labour market trends, recruitment channels, and selection methods
• Excellent knowledge of English and Latvian
• Data and results orientated
• Self-driven, flexible, strong team player mentality
• Strong organisational skills including proven ability to multitask, succeed in the fast-paced environment, and prioritise work effectively
