As a Trading Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing efficient and high quality client services to financial institutions and work in Nasdaq Baltic Transaction Services team. In this role you will be working with internal trading systems, market statistics, running government bond or IPO auctions, coordinating Transaction Services Team projects. Other duties include providing pre-sales and post-sales service to clients as well as continuous development and improvement of the client services with an objective of shortening the client response time and increase service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Run IPO/SPO, LVG, LTG auctions, or substitute in case of need.
- Perform listing related configurations
- Market statistics preparation
- Do trading, guarantee fund and billing administration
- Perform projects within the Baltic Transanction Services team responsibility area
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and government institutions
- Provide consultation on products, industry policies and procedures
- Promote new products to generate revenue from vendors and clients
- Prepare operational and user documentation
Requirements:
- BSc, MSc or related discipline in Finance field (or last year student), or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent English language skills
- Self-sufficiency and competence in regards to output quality and quantity
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- SQL knowledge would be an advantage
- Theoretical and practical expertise in the field of trading and post-trade operations would be an advantage

Salary: 1700 - 2000 Euro per month gross depending on the level of experience, other benefits apply.
A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
