• Design, implement, and refine the appropriate level of costing model for the organization to support managerial decision making.
• Analyze and reconcile business cost of sales and revenues.
• Monitor and analyzes trends in labor and overhead spending, production volume and mix, and material usage. Work with management team to identify and understand variances.
• Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
• Organize and lead cost reduction projects.
• Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls.
• Participate in the annual budget planning process and forecasting for the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Possess strong cost accounting knowledge and experience.
• Possess strong knowledge in standard cost, what they represent, how they work and how to add value to the operations using them.
• Ability to understand the manufacturing process.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions.
• Strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling, and analytical techniques.
• Fluent in English.
