We are looking for an experienced
Marketing Manager
to join our property management and agency team:

• Be responsible for marketing strategies for commercial properties (shopping centres, offices) managed by CBRE Baltics;
• Oversee the preparation of the marketing budgets and execute control over realization;
• Organize and optimize resources required to perform planned marketing and PR programs;
• Lead approved projects by personal example and demonstrate hands-on know how;
• Analyse the competition, market trends, and initiate projects which add value to customers, tenants and the landlord;
• Ensure coordination of information and build strong internal relationships with other involved management departments – property and facility management, leasing, project management.

• Higher education qualifications;
• Not less than 3 years of successful experience in leading marketing projects;
• Creative and inquisitive mindset with analytical thinking capability;
• Excellent writing and reporting skills;
• Good Latvian and English language skills (written and oral).
