Knowledge of the MS Office environment.

Fluent English, Latvian and Russian.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating and supervising mechanical and electrical workers.
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
Selecting tools and materials.
Control of material usage on site.
Conducting quality and safety inspections.
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
Maintaining quality control procedures.
Attending all site-related meetings.
Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
Motivating the workforce.
