You have the following skills:
- Tech stack: TestRail, TestNG, Allure Framework, React, PostgreSQL, AWS, Postman, Jira, Gitlab, ElasticSearch, Zabbix, jMeter, JAVA8, Selenium
- Experience working with API-first products
- Desire to own and drive QA and AQA autonomously within a team
- Experience with different test management tools and building QA processes around JIRA
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and/or coaching QA teams
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Test Driven Development
- Experience in both UI and API Test Automation
- Leadership, organizational and delegation skills
- Experience with different test management tools and building QA processes around JIRA
- Experience with working on e-commerce or card payments related products/projects and their APIs will be considered as an advantage
What you'll do:
- Play the main role in defining the QA strategy for DECTA Payment Gateway
- Coach multiple Agile development teams in everything related to QA
- Identify and tackle any quality issues and gaps
- Take responsibility and leadership over your QA team and its future development
- Work closely with PO to define and prioritize work into sprints
- Foster a common idea of quality for the DECTA Payment Gateway
- Provide timely and accurate visibility of product quality to stakeholders
- Organize manual testing and test automation and define best practices
- Be a part of an agile team
