Your professional background:
- At least a B.Sc. degree in business management or related field
- General experience within project delivery plan and deployment schedule
- Preferably, 1 year within assisting or coordinating bid/tender processes
- Good understanding of the market situation within the transportation and construction sector in the Baltics region
- Fluent in English and Latvian
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Preferably experience with working Salesforce or equivalent sales software
- Time management skills, experience working within tight deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to the dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and interest in acquiring new knowledge
- Independency in work realization process
Your daily tasks:
- Support Bid Manager within the bidding process within Eastern Europe (mainly Baltics region)
- Review tenders documents and prepares the overview of overall (legal, technical, financial) re-quirements for the bidding team
- Prepare credentials and CVs regarding the client´s requirements
- Obtain capability statements, references, and certificates for bids
- Participate in bid teams to deliver proposals and partner with different organizations to deliver complex work tasks as a part of the consortium
- Assist Bid Manager in preparation of internal procedures for the bidding process (for example, in-ternal system update of bid opportunities in Salesforce)
- Support Bid Manager in review and preparation of financial proposals
- Conduct market research of potential opportunities and support in forecasting of upcoming actions
