If you have:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or similar field;
Minimum of 2 years work experience in analytics or similar area;
Advanced MS Excel, data processing and analyzing skills, PowerPoint skills;
Power BI / Power Query / MS Access / VBA / SQL / R / SAP / SAP BO / SAP BW skills would be considered as an advantage;
Good knowledge of English and any language of Baltic States;
Strong analytical skills, organized and structured in your way of working;
Positive personality with a strategic view, focused on solutions and results;
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changes;

We will entrust you:
Translation of data to business insights for Rimi Baltic commercial teams;
Development of tools for commercial teams;
Facilitation and initiation of trainings to ensure knowledge transfer across the organization regarding developed tools, reports and analysis;
Gathering, structuring and analyzing internal and external data, ensuring quality and timely delivery of the analysis and providing accurate conclusions;
Development of reports proactively and upon request, as well as methods and tools based on the needs of the line organization;
Participation in organization's strategic projects representing analytical block and contributing to the project team;
Taking part in developing Commercial Analytics introducing new methods of analytics, reporting and value enhancement;
Represent analytics field in various Baltic development initiatives;
Gradual involvement in process automation initiatives to develop robotic (RPA) solutions;
Maintain and support a part of Team's tool / report portfolio that will be entrusted to you.

Compensation:
Salary 1520 - 2280 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate's competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
Additional payments and bonuses according to company's policy.
