As a member of our Finance & Accounting team, you will be responsible for the everyday support for the senior accountant by maintaining accountant systems and compiling accounting documents.

• Daily transactional and bookkeeping activities
• Accounting documents management and maintenance by entering Accounts Payable in the accounting system
• Verification of creditors
• Preparation and entrance of payment orders
• Advance payment accounting
• Bank reconciliation and checking
• Preparation of the report for the “Zaļā Josta”.
• Participation in the monthly and annual closing reporting activities
• Process of other accounting data

• Previous experience in accounting is desirable
• Education in Economics, Business or Accounting
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of the 1C or Navision accounting program will be an advantage
• Good command in Latvian and English, Russian would be an advantage
• Ability to maintain accuracy and concentration regardless of ambient conditions
• Ability to think conceptually, analytically and strategically
• High sense of responsibility, independence, loyalty

• Salary range 1800-2000 gross
