Experience in Live Casino and or Online Casino is a must;

Solid understanding of Live Casino and or Online Live Casino environment and operational principles;

Understanding and experience in monitoring activities and assessing;

Exceptional analytical and investigation skills;

Outstanding punctuality and exceptional communication skills;

Efficient judgment and informed decision-making skills;

Able to work on various shifts, night shifts, and public holidays;

Excellent English skills;

Recommended and considered as a plus: Russian, Latvian, and or Hindi;

Good understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Office package.

Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures;

Assessing the Operations Team (Game Presenters and shufflers) providing feedback to their manager in a professional manner;

Identifying and reporting any irregularities;

Ensuring that integrity standards and procedures are followed;

Discuss and propose solutions with management;

Making recommendations for improvement;

Assist in training procedures;

Preparing periodic reports.
