WHO ARE YOU?
You are passionate about customer service and excellent in verbal and written communication. You are highly analytical with strong attention to detail. You are a proactive person and all about finding effective solutions and fast. You are expected to have a throughout knowledge of the products and services of CrowdedHero. You will be the voice of CrowdedHero.
WE WOULD LIKE THAT YOU HAVE
- Responding to customer queries via email, video, phone, and social media channels;
- Opening and maintaining clients’ accounts;
- Keep records of clients and follow;
- Working with client complaints and providing adequate solutions for their problem via phone or email;
- Taking ownership of the reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. QA testing experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of English & Latvian, German and/or Spanish or other language will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in Service desk or IT Support team will be considered as advantage;
- Knowledge of P2P, crowdfunding, lending, banking or client support procedure;
Attention to details & willingness to work in a dynamic Start-up environment; - The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
- Researching, diagnosing and identifying solutions to resolve platform technical issues;
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible;
- Identifying and suggesting possible improvement in existing procedures and creating new ones;
- Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced;
- Cooperating with IT, legal, marketing and finance departments.
