New Operations team in Riga invites You, the energetic and sport-passioned professional, to join the company in the position of
SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
You will be entrusted to
- Oversee and organize efficient logistics process ( Europe & Asia )
- Review, prepare, and routine purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments and correct documentation (LC draft, Packing list, Invoice, Bill of Lading / AWB)
- Analyse and optimize logistical procedures
- Address and resolve shipment and order processing issues
- Be the main point of contact between Norway and Riga office
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field, logistics or supply chain management
- You are skilled in organization of efficient logistics operations ( 3+yrs)
- You are experienced within international trade and trade documents
- You easily communicate and find common ground
- Your English is fluent (written & verbal)
- You are highly organized, attentive to details, and punctual
- Your mindset is analytical and problem–solving skills are your asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel
Your strong advantage would be
- Practical work experience with Asian producers
