Job description:
● Resolving technical issues and communicating with clients via live chat and tickets
● Conducting various tests and checks for errors in the system
● Building a personalized package offer for clients and working with CRM software
Requirements:
● Obligatory language requirements: English (B2 level or higher)
● CRM software experience
● Detail-oriented nature
● Higher education (students are also welcome)
● 1+ years of experience in Customer Support will be an advantage
Desired Skills:
● Goal-setting, time-management, and multitasking
● Troubleshooting and ability to concentrate under pressure
● Communication and logical reasoning skills
● Teamwork mentality
Training lasts up to 3 months with 09:00 - 18:00 shifts. Salary during training starting from €1100 (bruto) + bonuses, paid lunch.
After successful training, we will offer the day shift 09:00 - 18:00 or the evening shift 17:30 - 02:00 (rotation is possible). Salary after training starting from €1200 (bruto) up to €1500 (bruto) + bonuses, health insurance, paid lunch.
