We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager in leasing business area in the Corporate Credit Products & Performance department which focuses on development of credit products, business processes, systems and tools as well as performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of credit policies and standards in Luminor leasing business area
- Preparation and maintenance of credit risk rules and procedures for granting of leasing
- Structuring and development of credit processes in front-end systems as well as initiation and coordination of improvements (incl. automations)
- Development and regular updating of Automated Credit Decision engine (incl. documentation, selection of databases for credit risk evaluations)
- Regular monitoring of leasing applications’ pass rates and calibration of credit risk parameters used in decision making swim lanes (automated, semi-automated, manual)
- Active collaboration with Credit Risk and Sales departments in setting of credit risk parameters balancing credit risk appetite and business growth ambitions
- Development and maintenance of collateral value curves
- Evaluation, selection and monitoring of acceptable sellers and external valuators of leased assets
- Implementation and execution of credit risk monitoring in Luminor leasing business area (incl. risk data platforms, monitoring tools, reporting)
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years experience in credit decision making or credit analysis in Leasing or Banking as well as risk modelling
- Knowledge in financial analysis and assessment of credit risks for corporates and household customers
- Understanding of risk modelling and risk grade calculations
- Ability to coordinate and run cross-country/function projects, involving many stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional English is required in spoken and written communication
