Join our team! We are looking for a Project Manager in Riga HQ office!

The Project Management Office is responsible for the cross-functional and/or cross-border projects that range from implementation of new products and optimization of existing products to development of new services and platforms utilizing internal resources, as well as external partners and advisers.

Required experience:

• University degree in Management sciences, Economics, or Law field – or 5+ years of experience in relevant industry
• Excellent English knowledge
• Experience with financial services and regulated industries; IT project management experience preferred
• SharePoint knowledge (use for planning, risk management and action management)
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project knowledge
• Waterfall, Agile experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to produce accurate and informative status reports
• Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies
• Basic financial management skills including, business case coordination and budget development and control, understanding of business process analysis
• Excellent relationship management including with C level executives and stakeholders
• Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies
• Strong leadership, excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to resolve complex business problems in order to progress projects and remain on plan

Responsibilities:

• Delivering cross functional projects
• Delivering cross-border projects
• Leading projects with external partners
• Medium scale project/program delivery typically with a budget of up to €1m, <9 workstreams and up to 12 months implementation lead time
• Developing and maintaining project plans
• Developing and maintaining risk and issues logs, as well as other project documentation in accordance with the company project management procedure
