Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in finance, economics, tourism or other related field will be considered an advantage
• Experience in a similar position, understanding of sales and revenue management processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and quickly navigate financial indicators
• Employee management experience of at least 2 years
• Possibility to go on business trips (usually for a few days)

• Promotion of hotel turnover and analysis of market trends
• Revenue planning and control by segments
• Revenue budgeting
• Development and control of pricing policy
• Development, improvement and improvement of pricing strategy
• Daily data processing and analysis, implementation of changes
• Monitoring the latest trends and the necessary tools, especially solutions, etc. choice, implementation
• Optimization and improvement of cooperation opportunities with tourism industry partners / intermediaries
• Department management
• Analysis of monthly results and presentation to management
