Paybis.com is a leading cryptocurrency platform founded in 2014. Our goal is to allow any person around the globe to buy & sell crypto in a quick, easy, and hassle-free fashion. We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our team in Riga and help us grow even faster!
What you'll do:
- Assist Operations Team in business development projects
- Help the company grow by working on our expansion projects
- Help the company secure partnerships by doing research and handling communication
- Set up internal systems to deliver new products & features to the clients
- From month 3 - manage projects of your own
- From month 6 - create & optimize processes of the department
We are a great match if:
- You are a recent graduate or have 1 year of experience (preferred)
- You have analytical mindset
- You are a quick learner with can-do attitude
- You speak fluent English (Russian & other languages are an advantage)
- You have experience or interest in crypto

- Salary of 1300-1800 EUR (gross), depending on your profile
