About Company:

JSC “Towers Construction Management” (Reg. No. 50103277741, 7B Daugavgrīvas Street, Riga, LV-1048) develops and manages the multifunctional complex Zunda Towers (30 Ranka dambis, Riga). Zunda Towers is a Class A office and full service apartment project that was opened in 2020 (www.zundatowers.com ).
The total area of the Zunda Towers complex is about 90,000 square meters - it houses apartments and office space, while on the first five floors of the building, which connects the two towers, there are planned restaurants, conference halls, cafes and retail space. There is also planned a fitness center and a 25-meter pool with relaxation and spa area.

Responsibilities:

Drive the company’s financial planning, including annual budget, monthly reporting and control
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans, capital structure, intra-group transactions
Cash flow planning and reporting
Managing clients rent rate and lease terms calculations, invoicing and cash collection, bad debts management
Managing relationships with investor, banks and other creditors, KYC procedures
Prepare Bank and Group financial reporting
Supervise accountancy function and statutory reporting
Statutory financial reporting and managing audit process
Manage vendor relationships (real estate valuation agents, auditors)
Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies, including compliance with tax, transfer pricing, AML and KYC legislation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
High sense of responsibility
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Active mind
Excellent knowledge of Latvian and Russian, good knowledge of English
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
