● Experienced and knowledgeable with Payroll processes, solutions, systems
● Have proven hands on payroll calculation process experience according to legislation of one of the Baltic countries
● Knowledge of payroll related legislation of more than one Baltic country will be regarded as an advantage
● Client-oriented personality preferably with the experience in consulting
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to successfully partner with clients and project team
● Strong in written & verbal communication, possessing excellent presentation skills
● Systemic, analytical, able to precisely formulate tasks and expected outcomes
● Fluent in English; Russian and/or Latvian languages are nice to have

● Clients’ consultation on the system functionality and the best practices in Payroll
● AGroup R&D team consultation on labor legislation and the accepted practices
● Proactive work with the team to manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales
● Software requirements gathering, analysis and communication with the team on the system improvements
