There is an exciting opportunity to become an Event Manager and join our team in Riga.

Responsibilities:

Business events play a huge part in the success of a brand in our Company. We are searching for an enthusiastic event manager with a "can-do" attitude to assist our Company in hosting events that enhance our organization's image, improve clients’ loyalty, and enhance our brand experience. The event manager will be tasked with researching and securing venues, planning and managing events calendar, negotiating quotes and agreements with vendors, assisting with event marketing, monitoring timeframes and budgets, networking, and delivering on event brief objectives.

Requirements and interpersonal skills:

• Outstanding negotiation skills;
• Have a stress-resistant personality;
• In-depth knowledge of Project Management, in theory/practice would be an advantage;
• Excellent command business English skills (written and spoken, not lower than C1 level); additional languages would be an advantage (Spanish and Chinese especially); 
• Experience in event organization would be an advantage;
• Be available for frequent business trips abroad, be flexible for an irregular working schedule; 
• Experience in Marketing, a high education diploma in Marketing would be an advantage;
• Clean driving license, B category.
