MGI Latvia Team is growing!

Due to the intensive growth of the MGI Latvia Team, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Main responsibilities:
1. Provide support and assist users with all IT-related issues.
2. Setting-up new devices for users.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Windows, Office, network, peripheral devices, and other IT Services.
4. Manage the IT inventory, ensuring that all our records are kept up to date.
5. Keep track of IT-related issues and document their solutions for future reference.
6. Install and upgrade software.

Good to know:
1. Education in IT or similar.
2. Basic knowledge of networking.
3. Problem solving and analytical skills.
4. Operating systems Windows (Linux will be considered as an advantage).
5. Knowledge of computer hardware, and ability to troubleshoot hardware and peripherals-related issues.
6. Team player with good communications skills.
7. Very good written and spoken English.
