Pricing Business Partner (for a fixed term)

If you have:

University degree in economics, business management or other similar field;
Solid experience in retail and analytics (preferably in Category management in FMCG sector);
Experience in team management and leadership skills;
Strong planning and analytical skills;
Good cooperation, communication skills and result-oriented mindset;
Very good MS Office programs knowledge (very good Excel skills);
Good English language skills.

We will entrust you:

Be a partner for assigned Catman business units and support them with their pricing needs;
Lead, motivate and develop your pricing team of pricing specialist and pricing assistant;
Evaluate current pricing strategy and provide analytical insights and recommendations;
Manage implementation process of agreed pricing strategies;
Manage and develop reporting system and Key Value Item (KVI)/Key Value Categories (KVC) process;
Communicate with internal departments and 3rd party service providers.

Compensation:

Salary 1900.00 – 2300.00 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
