RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance and support for local and remote users. Prioritize and deal with incoming requests and issues related to hardware and software;
- Register incoming problems, progress and resolution in issue tracking system, provide updates to the users;
- Perform initial setup and maintenance of workstations and servers (hardware and software), and other office equipment;
- Arrange hardware purchase and repair;
- Maintain IT inventory, including, hardware and software;
- Maintain and troubleshoot network devices (network switches, wifi networks, firewalls);
- User access provisioning for various internal and external systems;
- Perform local server and hypervisor maintenance and administration tasks;
- Document IT-related processes and procedures, identify and suggest possible improvements;
- Collaborate with external partners on IT infrastructure and security enhancement and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years experience with IT systems and user support administration;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to promptly diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely;
- MacOS and Windows workstation administration;
- Windows and Linux Server administration experience;
- Hands on experience with Google Workspace;
- Experience in administration of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO is an advantage;
- Knowledge of network architecture and IT infrastructure.
