Our focus is on finding Consumer Lending Product Owner, who can join the best performing team in Luminor Retail Banking division and help us to develop a market leading offering to our existing and new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for consumer lending products (consumption loans, credit card limits, overdrafts, student loans and similar) features and processes in all Baltic countries
- Coordinate respective area projects and initiatives across Baltics
- Define requirements of business and customer journeys for technology development projects
- Support for front and back office (complicated and/or system related questions)
- Conduct related trainings (onetime trainings, not regular)
- Close audit, compliance, Credit risk control gaps as well as handle complaints
- Deliver unified, simplified Baltic product procedures and templates
- Implement State guarantees or subsidies and support running the schemes
- Monitor product processes – identify and/or implement identified efficiency gain projects
Skills and experience:
- BSc degree in Economics, Banking, Legal or any related field of study
- Basic to good knowledge of the retail lending products, processes and IT systems with a deep knowledge in consumer lending products area and Baltic market
- Advanced skills in working with Enaio workflow system will be considered an advantage
- Strategical and analytical thinking, “Can-do” attitude and pro-activeness
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Full working proficiency in English and one of the Baltic languages (verbal and written), Russian language understanding would be considered as a plus, but not mandatory
