WAITER TO WORK IN USA, FLORIDA

Urgent Skype interview for special land project in USA, Florida! 5* exclusive restaurant Sails is looking for Waiters to join the team ASAP.

Program Start Date:

Arrivals will be staggered for participants from October 20th through November 15th. Program length 8-10 months with possible extension to other employers upon completion of the program for up to 36 months.

Pay Rate: $5.44 per Hour + Gratuity (Current Average min hourly $18), average monthly $2800

Housing:

Housing will be arranged by Sails Restaurant at a weekly fee of $150-$180 per week (for shared accommodation) and deducted from your paycheck. $10.00 per week will also be deducted for a refundable deposit for damages on the housing. Two-three bedroom apartments with two participants per room.

Expenses not covered by Employer:

• Living Expenses
• Cable TV
• WiFi (occasionally this is included depending on apartment)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 21 Years Old
• 12 Months Minimum fine dining experience in Forbes 5 Star Rated properties, Michelin rated properties or Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and similar background.
• Fine attention to detail
• Strong work ethic excited to work 4-6 days per week, (40-60 hours) demanding environment with occasional double shifts as needed.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manor with guests and colleagues 100% of the time.
• Very positive attitude and enjoy taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Enjoy connecting with guests and building relationships
• Personally have a genuine interest in fine dining and have previously enjoyed multicourse food experiences
• Good Basic knowledge of wine varieties and regions with interest to learn more in order to improve their guest experience.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
• Constantly strive to improve themselves
• Understand that side work is a set for success and with a fine dining restaurant of this caliber is very extensive.
• Sails Restaurant sets a traditional and high standard of grooming: All employees must be clean shaven, if long hair tied back neatly, no extreme hair colors or facial piercings, visible tattoos to be covered during service, clean pressed uniform at all times.
